Booking Policy – Khadim Resort, Upper Kachura
To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all our guests, please review the following booking policy:
1. Reservations
Guests are encouraged to book in advance, especially during peak tourist seasons (May–September). Bookings can be made via phone or through our official Instagram page.
2. Confirmation
All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of guest details (name, contact number, visit date, and group size). For larger groups or private events, a partial advance payment may be required.
3. Check-In / Check-Out
Check-in for day guests is available from 8:00 AM onwards. Guests are requested to vacate dining areas or boats by 11:30 PM unless otherwise agreed.
4. Cancellations & Changes

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund of any advance payment.

Changes to bookings are subject to availability and must be requested at least 12 hours before arrival.
5. No-Show Policy
In case of a no-show without prior notice, any advance payment will be non-refundable.
6. Boating Reservations
Boating and motorboat rides are subject to weather conditions. Advance booking is recommended, especially for groups. Safety equipment is provided, and all rides are conducted under supervision.
7. Walk-In Guests
We welcome walk-in guests. However, priority will be given to those with reservations during busy hours.
